The historic vote on 23 June sparked a huge reaction by the markets, caused seismic currency fluctuations and ultimately installed a new Prime Minister.
Although the new Government has indicated its intention to get on with the business of negotiating trade agreements with non-EU countries, we will be playing a waiting game for some time to come. We know that the long, hard process of negotiations will not happen overnight, but will take place in the lead up to, and for at least two years after, Article 50 is triggered.
